Shaye is the best! We were buying a vacation property in Lake Tahoe area with Shaye's help, and it was a breeze! She helped us set up home viewings on a short notice, was super fast in her responses and getting the disclosures / details out of sellers, knew all the local details ranging from "where to find the inspector? How much snowfall is there in this area? How much does it cost per winter to use propane from a tank?" to "what is a good restaurant to check out in the vicinity after a long day of house viewing?". Combined with general expertise about the houses of sorts "how much maintenance are septic tanks?" etc Shaye was very pleasant to work ...
